Meru Health is an in-network benefit for most members of the following health plans: Cigna, Aetna, Anthem Colorado, Highmark BCBS, BCBS South Carolina, and Moda Health. Your cost will depend on your individual plan. Meru Health will contact them to determine your pricing.
