    • Through movement: Moving your body helps with stress. Maybe suggest going on a walk together.

    • Through nature: Nature helps us feel more grounded and can reduce stress.

    • Through nutrition: How can you help by offering nutrtious yet comforting foods such as broths.

    • Through sleep: While we sleep our brain processes stress. How can you help your loved one get better sleep? Consider sending a care package with lavender to help them set a cozy bedtime routine.
