It all made a lot of logical sense to me, but it was not until I became a patient that I truly understood the benefit of this powerful form of intervention. "I found the digital clinic at the right time in my life; I had just undergone some major changes in my life: moving to a new city and changing jobs. Due to my busy lifestyle, traditional face-to-face therapy did not seem appropriate in my situation. The Meru Health treatment program was a "pocket-friendly" alternative that was available whenever I needed it.
